Tonight I ordered a cheese steak. I ordered on line, first time in for ever it came on time. We have had an hour or more wait in the past. Back to the cheese steak, it was lacking the cheese, they insist there was cheese. There was no cheese, the sub was dry. Not sure why we keep giving them another chance. I would have been happy it the brought me some cheese. Pizza factory, you failed again
Hands down the best take out pizza I've ever had, and I've had a LOT of take out pizza.

I never review restaurants. Tonight I felt I had to. I ordered a simple pizza at 7:00. They said it would be delivered at 7:45. At 8:00 I called them. No one answered. I called multiple times and no one answered. At 8:15. I called again. No one answered. I drive over there at 8:30 and asked them what was going on. The person at the desk said the pizza was on its way. I asked why they didn't pick up their phone. The guy just looked at me. This is the absolute worst service I have had in Portsmouth. I love the spanikopita combo with the Greek salad. The drink choice is not wonderful but not a lot different than many other pizza places. The atmosphere was not conducive to eating in.

Food's good, but we ordered today... they're apparently closed. Nothing to indicate that on the website, and we paid with a card so we'll have to wait till tomorrow to get our refund. It's been 2.5 hrs and we can't get a hold of anyone on the phone. Terrible on the customer service. We shouldn't have been able to order online if they were closed.
