they have great food but customer service and timing of delivery is horrible. last experience is with older friend who order a pizza it came late they buzzed the door and said u come down to get pizza my friend replies I disable he came to her door and makes transaction but is upset cuz there is no tip because of again late delivery. delivery driver yells out mother fuckeer and she's like exuse me?? some yelling between her and the guy and he sticks his out his leg as too kick her!! he leaves quickly and she calls the cops. ... read more
RecommendedPortsmouth Pizza Factory has become my go to for delivery for the last few months. I’ve never waited more than 30 minutes for delivery and the pizza is always warm and salads fresh. Definitely recommend!
I was quoted 30 - 40 minutes for delivery. it's been an hour. WHY do I continue to give you more chances? I'm sure the food will be cold and you'll forget my drink. I'm done. I'd have better luck with TakeOut Guys, Doordash, GrubHub or get takeout on my own!! Is there a lower rating than 1 star?
Very good service. Fast and good food. It is a little run down but it is clean which is most important.

Good food, good people! Been going to this place for 20 years. Food is constantly good and always friendly staff.
The pizza was mediocre at best. Watched employees touching cellphones, their faces, and reaching into their pockets with food safe gloves and then handling food with the same gloves...to say I'm a little disgusted is an understatement.
