I just picked my car up and upon review of the car my mirror wasnt fixed, paint doesnt match and none of the body lines line up. Very unhappy with the work!
Absolutely the worst experience I have had at a garage! I waited a month to get my car fixed. When I finally got fed up with waiting they yelled and laughed at me. (Great costumer service...) when I finally got my car back there were dirty oil stains all in the interior of the car, rips in the leather and lose parts. They did replace the lose part but that took another month.
If you have to get your car fixed in a timely manner I suggest you never go here!!! I've had far too many absolute SHIT experiences here and I will NEVER go here again.
I had a spray-in bedliner installed in my NEW $35,000 RAM pickup truck.After 3 visits back to Portsmouth Auto Body Center, I am still finding bedliner overspray on the truck cab and outside of the truck box. I have made many phone calls to Tom Dube the manager.He spoke with me on the phone the first time I called and said they would take care of everything Every time I called afer that, I was told he was not in and he would return my call.
