Recommended5 stars I dont see how anybody could say anything bad about Portsmouth auto body. There staff is very professional and there work is top notch. I myself have been detailing cars for years and for the first time ever after having body work done I didnt have to re buff my car thanks to the amazing work of Portsmouth auto body. you cant even tell my car was hit. I highly recommend them for any and all auto body needs. Thank you Portsmouth auto body. my new body shop for life.
I truly feel giving this place a 1 is far too high however, 0 is not an option. Unless you are extremely masochistic and love painful and tedious processes which aren’t limited to *simply terrible* body jobs but also include absolutely repugnant customer service and unlimited empty promises and broken lines of communication ((putting it lightly)), then I would recommend going ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD. ruined my friends bumper and blamed him for it. avoid at all costs, or pay for the costs lol.
Poor job done on first attempt to paint bumper. Clearly able to see primer underneath in sun. Shop was quick go offer on Friday to have fixed and completed by Monday but still currently waiting to receive delivery. After speaking with again should be complete by Tuesday. Shop seems to have grown to big and lost the customer first attitude that I've heard about in past. I would have a hard time Ever recommending this shop even if second attempt is flawless. Good service and excellent when working with my insurance company and when even when working with me personally
Very poor quality of work on my truck. I've had two awful experiences with this company and have since moved on to another auto body shop for all future work.
Absolutely terrible - both quality and customer service! Detailed review coming with a few days..
