This guy is dishonest and does poor workmanship. He did the plumbing and heating on my new house and it flooded. Over $28,000 in damages due to his poor workmanship. Mind you this is not the only water leak we had. He also was paid for work he did not complete and I had to pay another business to finish it. He doesn't respond to his customers and when it's a problem he tends to yell and swear at you. I have this on video tape thanks to my stepson.
Waited for 2.5 hrs for a scheduled, after hours appointment last evening for service on my drain. No updates nor responses to voice and emails during the wait. They never showed. I would expect a follow up to the messages left last night, but no response even this morning. Can't rely when scheduled. Wouldn't rely on in an emergency.
