If i can give this place a zero stars i would me and mother been living here since 2016 everything was good but when covid 19 hit everything went down hill. we went to the office and spoke to a woman that we had an issue with the A/C and the ceiling of my mother room that was leaking and black mold, she said she was gonna sent someone but never came. i try calling she ignore me and went to the office no body was there. this place is a hell hole they don't fix anything. we don't have hot water nor no A/C. my mother have bad h... read more
I've been on the waiting list for over 10yrs. And they haven't called me yet
This was a blessing in disguise! Whatever they ask from you is requirements from the state it's not the office managers trying to bust your balls, and for 1400 sq feet of living space it's worth it.
I have been on the waiting list for 2 years. The longer I wait, the more run down they are becoming. Although they look gorgeous on the outside, the neighborhood is still bad. A lot of tenants have tore-up blinds and leave them hanging and it looks real bad. I think they need to screen better as this is what always happens in subsidized housing. UPDATE: It has now been over 3 years and I am still on the waiting list. I rode around by the buildings and some improvements have been made since my last review. Changed from 3 to 4... read more
