Had covid in September last year and had to cancel our therapy session. Tried calling and emailing to no avail. Got charged a cancellation fee when we tried to call one week ahead of our appointment, since I had to quarantine for 2 weeks. Both my husband and I continued emailing and leaving voicemails for someone to get back to us about our bill. Never heard back from anyone. Now they have a $30 charge as of March 29th for who knows what. We never went back and never scheduled another session.
