I've had Porto's before, but yesterday was the first time I was in the building. It was a busy and the line wasn't too long. We were offered a sample while we waited & we received good customer service while placing our order. I will return to this location for sure!
Today, was the first time I actually went to a Porto's Bakery. I was amazed on the staffs memory. I ordered pasteries, meals, a drink and a whole cake and no one ever wrote one thing down. Everything was great except, when I got home I realized the one thing I was most excited about wasn't in my bags... The Guava strudel. I live over 1.5 hours away, so there's no way to turnaround. I guess it would be beneficial for your staff to write down the order. It would hopefully prevent this from happening again.
I drive from Ventura County when the craving gets strong and end up picking up orders from friends lol I hope your next opening will be closer this way.......be there Friday �
