They have the best customer service in SoCal..Shout out to Ana & Carla (I hope I have the names right who took care of me today...I was livid when I found out they ran out cheese rolls!!!! I drove 2 hours, paid parking, encounter a rude man in Americana come on!! The ladies of Portos was nice to help me calm down even offered coffee to help me de-stress, and assured me that I will get my cheese roll before I leave..:) all I need is to be heard and to be taken care of and will make sure it will not happen again. My favorite place - everything looks delicious & amazing. Wish I could taste every single item of food & pastries but that's impossible lol. Would if I could but I can't lol - love it there!
