Tracing its origins to the year 1960, when the Porto family made the tough decision to leave their home in Manzanillo, Cuba. After living through the drastic changes that were taking place around them, they requested permission to leave the country. You can't leave Porto's w/o 2 things: a wonderful pastry treat and hot savory potato ball - like nothing you've ever had in your life.
Have the Cubano and a potato ball. Perfect lunch.
Cheese rolls are delicious!
Seriously the best bakery in LA, close only to the other Porto's. Still couldn't find anything just ok. Everything I had is great.
