Tracing its origins to the year 1960, when the Porto family made the tough decision to leave their home in Manzanillo, Cuba. After living through the drastic changes that were taking place around them, they requested permission to leave the country. Potato ball and meat pie are something for the savory lovers and if you wanna live a little edgier than the norm get a guava cheese roll instead of the regular!
Potato balls are the jam. Ropa Vieja sandwich is the jelly.
Love the meat pies you can make scrambled eggs and stuff them add cheese too.
Starbucks' hot chocolate is better. Skip this one.
Meat pies!!! Flaky puff pastry filled with cuban seasoned ground beef. Yum!
4 meat pies +1 guava cheese strudel + glass of water < $4.50...awesome.
