Unnecessary & forced tip culture .The owner BRENDA is very rude , she made a cut in my finger while manicure & blood was coming out, she did not even bother to apologise & continued. They are overpriced for the lack of quality & customer service. Other people who work there are nice but only good for basic work.
Asked me to pay midway even before completing the services, also asked me to tip beforehand. It was my first experience in this salon and I’m highly taken aback with such unprofessional behavior. Will never come back.
