Room was clean, though there was a problem with the amount of rooms for our group when we checked in. Breakfast was gross. Felt like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. Pancakes edges were so hard could have used them as disc's in the Olympics, potatoes were dry. Orange juice was good so that was the only thing I had the next 2 days.
Only stay here because company travel policies. Nothing extravagant - bare minimums. As of ten minutes ago I went downstairs to ask for change for their laundry room. No change available at the registry counter. Was simply told, nonchalantly, to walk to the Jack in the Box next to the facility or the AM/PM about 200 meters away to get change. In the 1990's Holiday Inn hotels were on a rapid spiral down in quality. That describes this hotel. Pay for parking? Ridiculous. The parking below the building has leaking sewer pipes. Do they clean the elevators? Doesn't look like it. Hallway carpets stained, room service plates left on the hallway more than 24 hours. Drapes that won't close all the way. Dear Hilton: time to sell this property to Days Inn or Ramada.
UPDATE: On 1/19/26, I contacted & spoke with Hotel Manager Mario & explained the situation again regarding being charged for a hotel water bottle that I did not drink but the housekeeper documented I had & was charged. Mario seemed upset I was implying that his staff lied & that his staff would not lie. Mario stated he would refund the charge “this time only” & it would be credited to my account within 3-4 days.
