We reserved a King Size Room for March 29th to March 30th we used Bookings.com for the payment and reservation. We were driving 4 hours to get to the hotel and I called at 1:50pm to confirm my reservation and spoke to a female she confirmed everything and even asked if we had a preference on floor.
