I am sharing this review in hopes to help some other people avoid the terrible things that help Mattamy sell the home. Be nice and fun up front. Then NO help after the home purchase. See attached reply from the warranty department. These people KNOW the problems with the floor and my neighbors have the flooring installers on camera stating. "Mattamy knows there are problems and we are still installing the floors" Mattamy is simply unwilling to help repair the floor or take responsibility.
