Horrible place. Not only is your rent increased every year by $125-$150, but out of my $750 deposit am only getting back $4.73. Lease expired on June 3rd which I was out by then but since it didn't end on May 31st the 3 days in June were prorated rent. What a joke! And even though my lease expired on June 3rd they prorated it at the new lease amount of $2600 not on my actual rental amount of $2150. Which makes no sense. In addition they claimed the apartment was extra dirty and charged me to paint the entire apartment. I spe... read more

$1500 bill to move out. It was true they gave the unit to you like new, but they want it back new, at your cost. They do not care about normal wear and tear. If you argue, they are going to hurt you... ...

We have been living in Portofino apartments in Chino hills for a year and a half. Ericka and Toni are very attentive and super nice. The maintenance here is absolutely great! It is a very peaceful and safe community to live in.

Why does parking here suck now? I could never get a parking spot in front of where I live. I get home from work and have to park on the other side of the complex. It's a bit annoying. If only at least one parking was assigned to an apartment but because it's a first come first serve thing and you have people with like 3 cars per household all parked under the ports you have a hard time finding parking.
