They will always keep you posted if they see something is not normal. I just received a call because my garage door was not working and left half opened. They took care of it by calling me and putting in the maintenance request. Awesome.

We lived here for a year and Jade was the best! She was kind, responsive and a great problem solver. We had a wonderful Portofino experience and recommend to many others. The facility is great but the customer service is really what made it fantastic.
Very disappointed with how I was treated when leaving. Communication with the manager and staff never got back to me about a missing item and I had to keep calling to find out the outcome. They didn't give me the courtesy of doing the walk through when I left.
My spouse and I moved into Portofino a couple of months ago after a Military move to here from Florida. We were apartment hunting long before our arrival and always had our sights set here. After touring different complexes, we choose Portofino for many reasons. The apartments are new and the location is ideal, quiet and not a far drive from anything. Staff & maintenance are excellent, quick and friendly. Thank you Ian and Jade for finding us a home on such short notice.
