We had dealt with Portobello a few times with very minor purchases and the service was top notch! Then my wife got her grandmothers engagement & wedding ring set lost/stolen! We contacted Portobello and talked with Becky whose service was super. We had very few pictures of the rings, but they figured they could re-create them! The end results were mesmerizing!
