Worst customer service I've received in a long time. Sales assistant was so rude to the point I would never step foot in this store again because of her.
Followed my friend to get a dress and the sales lady was rude. Unsure if she thought she was being helpful, but her tone combined with the words just came off rude. My friend asked for a size 12 dress to try on and the saleswoman immediately shut her down by telling her she’s a size 14 or size 16. After trying on the Size 14 and 16, they didnt fit right, so my friend decided to go for her original size 12. The zipper got caught in the seam between the skirt and bustier. I had a disappointing experience at Portmans Booragoon. One of the staff members, a woman with glasses, her name was Sharen. She was quite rude and unhelpful. Even after I told her the size she was insisting on wasn’t right for me, she kept pushing it instead of helping me find what actually fit. I eventually chose the correct size for myself, but her attitude made the shopping experience unpleasant. She didn’t feel welcoming at all, and unfortunately, this has put me off from shopping here again.
I am very happy with the service received from the staff call India. But the other lady was working ignoring me and giving the wrong information. I was just about to drive far. But India saved my time. Thank you
Helpful but expensive and most garments I tried didn't suit.
