I shopped at Portman's over the weekend looking for a dress for an upcoming event and was served by Kez. She was absolutely fantastic, ready to help the second I walked in. She listened to my criteria and nailed every dress she picked out for me. I walked out with 3 dresses I loved, I couldn't pick just 1. I’ve been in here many times over the years and I’ve received many different experiences. Sometimes staff look at me as though I’m trash and don’t belong in their store and other times I’ve had excellent service from team members who suggest styles for me and bring them to the change room! So I suppose a bit hit and miss. Best work pants for those of us who are vertically challenged and some nice dress styles but I wish there was more in the way of casual clothing as it’s more corporate workwear based. Huge thumbs up to the lovely sales assistant (sorry didn’t catch her name) working at portmans today. Post baby I am a mess and scattered and she helped me choose a top for something very important coming up- listened to my concerns with empathy and a smile on her face ☺️☺️ Retail workers aren’t complimented enough but I wanted to say a huge thanks she made me feel so welcomed and normal 🫠 💕💕
