We scheduled Brian's "Expert" Movers to move my 95 year old Mom on 7/27/18 well in advance. (spoiler alert: didn't get a chance to find out about his "expertise" because he didn't show up - AT ALL). The night before, Brian reached out and asked to move the time up from 8:00 am to 7:30 am, and also asked to add an additional mover (making 3) to which we agreed, presumably because they were so busy they wanted to get our job done quickly. Never showed up! 2hrs later finally responded via text and said they were running late then still never showed and wouldn’t respond again!
I originally used his company back in August and they were great today my friend had booked them and they not only did not show but would not return her calls or I could not get a hold of them so I will not be recommending and I am highly embarrassed
They are the worst I put them through an agency hire helpers they accepted the bed even causes confirming multiple times and in the day they're supposed to show up today at 11 a.m. he text me at 11:15 and said he overslept and then 1145 i was told that he was waiting for his ride cuz they share a ride. Multiple hours later still nothing kept texting me saying he was on his way finally at about 2:30 I called ac cancelled through hire helpers he then texted me saying that he was stuck in traffic worst people ever I do not reco... read more
They definitely exceeded our expectations. They were friendly, quick, and did not damage any of our things. They especially did a great job moving a couch we thought for sure was not going to fit and was going to damage the doorway getting in/out. We would highly recommend them for sure and will be using them again in the future! Thank you so much!
Beware, Brian does not carry insurance. Only deals in cash so you know he is not paying workers comp so you are responsible if someone gets hurt. He broke my table and promised to pay for it but did not. They stand around a lot waiting for extra help that is always late. You will be sorry!
They moved my piano and did a great job. Stayed in communication through texting with traffic being what it is now.
Ignore the one star reviews those people are cranky snobs. First of all, I needed my piano moved ASAP and they were able to schedule me during the day and time that worked best for me. They were great about communicating and confirming. They showed up 10 minutes early and were very friendly. They were efficient, friendly and did a great job moving the piano. Same day service. Job was completed. They were able to handle my request of what went where in the house. Friendly service. They were an hour late but did keep in contact with me. I would definitely call them again
