Yes I am a real customer who just had a roof installed. I usually don’t write reviews unless something goes terribly wrong or it was a particularly good experience. We’ve had our fair share of mini disasters with contractors but I’m happy to comment on the ladder. From the start Steve the owner was very responsive. He was the first company I contacted and so I waited to get 3-4 other bids before circling back to Portlandia. Steve and his crew installed new gutters and downspouts for me today, and they did SUCH a wonderful job! I am so impressed with the work and equally impressed with the communication and honesty. I HIGHLY recommend Portlandia Roofing, thank you doesn’t even begin to cut it!
At approximately 10:40am today while driving on I5 through Tualatin I witnessed a speeding Portlandia Roofing pickup truck cut across 4 lanes of traffic and nearly causing an accident. Reckless driving in the company vehicle is grossly unprofessional and shows everyone that the driver was willing to needlessly risk his life and the lives of everyone else on the road.
