My experience was excellent. Not only did the doctor listen to my illness/symptoms but was understanding. He took me seriously, thus am back to my normal self as a result.
The staff was very courteous and helpful. I was seen fairly soon after I signed in and the providers I've seen had been thorough and knowledgeable. Very good care and easy to get in and get out.
I was visiting my daughter and an earlier finger injury had gotten infected. Your PA gave me advice and medication that cleared it up quickly. I thought the staff was very friendly and professional. The facility was spotless and attractive.
I had great service. The doctor was friendly, took her time and explained everything to me. I loved making my appointment online.

It was a beautiful Sunday. Everyone should have been outside walking, but the staff inside was most congenial. They all took it in their stride to be working on a lovely weekend. That was one of the least stressful visits to a doctor/urgent care we've ever had. Thank you all so much.
The was my first experience at PUC and it was perfect! I felt very comfortable and cared for. There was no drama or stress, just direct succinct care. Angie Parker was the medical assistant. She was very caring with a great smile...loved her. I was seen by Joshua Rafkind who was very competent, confident, gentle and kind. I left feeling heard, treated and knowing that this is a place I can go to when I feel the need for immediate care. So happy to have found this place!
Great service. Staff was helpful, caring and attentive. Will definitely return to this urgent care again.
I was very happy with how promptly I was recieved.....and with how polite and curious everyone was. especially nice was how well the physician listened to my situationn.
