I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new vehicle at Portland Volvo. Michael was great and was very helpful. Excellent customer service across the board and accommodating in every way. I didn’t feel any pressure nor was anything suggested in the way of add ons that would have been extraneous for my purposes. I would highly recommend Portland Volvo.. and I love the car .

My recent car buying experience was just as I expected when working with Volvo - excellent customer service. My salesperson made the car buying experience incredibly easy and enjoyable. From my initial appointment to test drive my car-to-be to the day I picked up my car - it was seamless and quick. It’s a great team and keeps me coming back.
We purchased a gently used Volvo XC 40. Michael Pierter was terrific. He patiently informed us of their available alternatives. Discussed our 2006 S80 candidly. He conveyed our view of value in a straightforward manner. We have had a very good experience with this dealership.
