We bought a slightly used car out of state...Thiwat took the time to Facetime us to give us a closer look before we traveled to the dealership. The car was in great shape as advertised, and Thiwat was terrific in explaining all the bells and whistles of our new EV before we drove off the lot. It was a great car-buying experience!

My salesman, Michael Marchessault, was extremely helpful - he shot a video of the car for me as I was buying it remotely, and was extremely patient with me as this was my first remote purchase. Everyone on the team was extremely helpful, pleasant to interact with, quick to respond, and the whole purchase experience was a breeze. The car came exactly as described and it's been great! I couldn't be happier about my purchase.
