Currently a service customer for a vehicle purchased in 2019. Highly recommend for both a purchase and service. The team is down to earth and incredibly helpful. During a time when it feels like customer service is a lost art, Portland Volvo still delivers!

We bought brand-new tires ($2,200) for our Volvo C40 Recharge—our second Volvo—and after just one month and fewer than 500 miles, one developed a bubble. When we contacted Portland Volvo Cars, instead of helping, we got the runaround. They said they’d need to “inspect for damage” and referenced an extended warranty we were never told about when buying the tires.
