I had a truck delivering in the Portland area and he had broken a leaf spring just prior to delivery. We were on a tight schedule and truck had to reload in Yakima WA soon thereafter delivery. I explained my situation to Ken and they worked us right in after my driver was unloaded and began work immediately. We don't have to use outside repair vendors often but when we do its out of our home state and they usually see that the truck is from out of town and stick it to us the best they can.
