A lot of break ins & crimes. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything properly. You have to keep calling & reporting same issues. Other tenants complain of roach infestation. Other tenants also complain about mold. There’s mold everywhere. It’s very outdated & they increase rent like every year without updating anything, fixing or modifications.
