Hmmmmm........what are the pros? The location is the only pro. This building was put up very quickly. The walls are tissue thin, you can hear everything next door as well as in the hallway. Parts of the halls smells of weed constantly. The staff is useless as well as unprofessional. The office staff does care about about the complaints of the the tenants. Update 10/08/2016: There have been many recent improvements to the living experience. However, it seems like the focus is on bringing new residents and not in keeping current ones. Overall, happy to be here. Pros - Location: it is at the heart of downtown, and still somewhat quiet. The DCU, Green street, the theatre, and the library are at walking distance and Shrewsberry street is at a close driving distance. Also, many new businesses opening in the area. This place is expensive, although if you are looking for a place near public transportation, don't have a car, and seek condominium style lofts, then here is your place. The air conditioning also is phenomenal compared to my past triple decker townhouse with drafts, high electricity, and even WORSE parking for when friends when visit.
