Don’t waste money buying car from this dealership. Thing explain at time for sale are different and if anything happens to the vehical. Dealership never covers the warranty. Even if your vehical is in valid warranty period they will make you pay for the parts. Just want to make money.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Honda service centre in Dartmouth. On July 17, 2025, I visited regarding a steering shaking issue on the highway. They charged me $85 as labour cost and told me they could not find any problem and its good to drive. However, today (July 22, 2025), I went back with the same issue and noticed something very serious – my car’s back right tire was missing 4 out of 5 wheel nuts, only 1 nut was holding the tire. I'd rather not give even this single star rating on this one, considering an extremely terrible experience that I have had with it. It wasn't even a month since i bought it and i started facing issues. Very much disappoining!!
Charged me $150 to diagnose a ceased aircon compressor. Told me that wasn't under recall warranty because could not establish that leak came from the shaft. Quoted me $3900 for repair with Honda parts.
