I brought my 2025 Honda Civic Hybrid here for service, and after the service, the technicians failed to properly tighten the screws on the lower engine undercover (splash shield). Because of their negligence, the cover came loose while driving and my vehicle was damaged. This is unacceptable, especially on a nearly new car. A simple quality check could have prevented this. Excellent service! I have been bringing my Honda CRV for services and tire rotations here for a while now. The waiting area is amazing!
Nothing bad to say, great service
Don’t waste money buying car from this dealership. Thing explain at time for sale are different and if anything happens to the vehical. Dealership never covers the warranty. Even if your vehical is in valid warranty period they will make you pay for the parts. Just want to make money.
