I’ve purchased 3 vehicles from Portland St Honda. I attempted to purchase another recently, but one of the sales people essentially refused to give me a price on both my lease return and a new vehicle. Which absolutely baffles me. I did attempt to reach out to the GM of Sales, I haven’t received a reply. Unsurprisingly, a Steel Group dealership was thrilled to buy out my lease and sell me a new car. I will miss my Honda’s, but customer service is more important to me.
The Honda team at Portland Street Honda were patient, kind, help during the process and provided great assistance with my choice of buyers leasing.
