Had a roof done just under 10 years ago. Had to have a new one as venting went into the attic instead of outside causing moisture. They came out as it was still under warranty and did the bare minimum to right the wrong. I do not recommend them.
Couldn't be more happy with how everything went -- and we were very anxious about it, after experiencing other companies. The first people we deal with when meeting Portland Roofing were the owners. They were informative, not at all pushy, and super efficient. It was great to discuss the work without it feeling like a car dealership. Pricing was very competitive and maintained the same materials, etc, as other bids. Portland Roofing Company was great, good communicators, reliable and did good work.
I hired Portland Roofing Company to install gutters on my home. While I am not an expert in gutter installation and initially paid their invoice in good faith, a subsequent inspection by another roofing company revealed multiple issues with how the gutters were installed. When I contacted Portland Roofing Company to review the work, they declined to come out and took no responsibility for the substandard installation.
