Portland Roofing recently completed a new roof on my 1950's renovation project. They were professional and responsive from the beginning to end and did an excellent job of communicating on a daily basis during the installation. I will definitely use them on future projects.
I thought I would get a local company in the neighborhood to do a small job for me. I needed a bathroom vent replaced. The estimate I was given was the “we don’t want to do it price”. 600 dollars plus parts for one vent. For a company that advertises they are the most affordable, I would like to know who their clients are. I can’t see how that’s affordable for one vent replacement.
We were very pleased with the process from start to finish. Communication from the office was good. Workers arrived on time and did a great job. Our roof and gutters look beautiful. Also, the workers cleaned up debris daily, which we appreciated.
