Before I begin my review I need to separate my landlord from this leasing agency. My landlord who owns the home has been amazing. Portland Property Management who my landlord set up the lease through has had some problems when it comes to how they treat myself and other tenants. Look no further, SIGN A LEASE WITH PORTLAND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT! PPM was easily the best rental/leasing agency I have worked with across 5 years in Oregon and 3 different apartments. Starting very beginning of the process of trying to find a place sight unseen from across the country, all the way through to caring consideration when arranging apartment viewings, PPM gives a masterclass in how to treat tenants. PPM has been amazing to work with. I've lived in one of their rentals for the past five years, and they have always been responsive, professional, and quick to address any maintenance or property issues that came up. Their online payment portal is easy to use, and every interaction I've had with their team has been positive. 4/19/2026 I am here to update you all again on how awful this company is.Thanks for nothing in your poorly thought out response. I already let the emergency maintenance team know about this and they failed to assist within a reasonable amount of time. They have failed to provide me with a reasonable explanation of a charge of 100.50. This charge appears to be a second late fee for April.
