Super attentive, easy to talk to, great communication throughout our lease, I will miss renting from them!
Save yourself the hassle and headache by not renting a property from this management! They will intimidate and lie to you as a tenant. The following are issues I had with my lease period that I ended early due to their incompetence. 1) Lack of accountability 2) Maintenance request not completed in a timely manner. 3) AC broken multiple times during heat wave. PPM was very helpful after I moved out of one of their units and worked with me months after I moved out to work out an issue with Portland Natural Gas. I appreciate their efforts and recognize how rare it is that a property management company is so considerate and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to live with a great management company.
