4/19/2026 I am here to update you all again on how awful this company is.Thanks for nothing in your poorly thought out response. I already let the emergency maintenance team know about this and they failed to assist within a reasonable amount of time. They have failed to provide me with a reasonable explanation of a charge of 100.50. This charge appears to be a second late fee for April. Trying to evict people when they refuse to fix any of the problems for why they haven't paid is there a properties have mold no heating no hot water it is disgusting they allowed this to happen
My landlord has been great! Portland Property Management on the other hand is awful. I have been in the process of getting divorced from my abusive ex. I wrote them to tell them what I was going through and they told me it was okay to change the locks. Then when my abusive ex reached out to them, because he didn't want civil standby, suddenly the locks were an issue.
