First-rate, honest service from Greg! He does house calls, and his rates are reasonable. Greg was honest about the prospects of fixing a jammed Canon laser printer when I called. I wasn't sure he could get my issue fixed, but I was willing to take the chance (I had throwing things away if they can be fixed!). I found his work to be efficient and thorough. He also cleaned off some of the internal parts of the printer. It was a sticky job (labels stuck to the rollers inside), but Greg got the job done. Highly recommended.
I reached out to Greg to schedule first-time maintenance on our HP laser printer. He was prompt in replying and even arrived a couple minutes early to service our printer. He identified a minor repair which he was able to do onsite and he didn't try to upsell me on anything. And he was quite courteous. I would absolutely recommend him.
Greg is super friendly and responsive. He gave me great advice and insight on setting up a remote printer for my company.
