This business has proved itself incompetent numerous times but because the pizzas are good, we keep giving it another try. The staff is completely useless and even up to the manager, has no idea how to ring in phone orders or ensure that the correct order is delivered to the correct address. One time, it took THREE tries before they delivered the correct pizza! Very disappointed in our first visit to Portland. Everyone told us to go there when we were in Manchester for a dance competition for our daughter. When we arrived we were greeted right away. We were sat in the back room. The waitress came and took our drink order and returned right away. She then took out food order. It seemed to take awhile to get our food. well after fun night with bank of new england at the palace we went to our favorite Manchester pizza place we had no wait bartender made our drinks per perfect and pizza was great hot and was promptly served by great staff always a great place thanks
We dropped in for a vegan pie after reading a rave review on a vegan restaurant app. We were amazed by the roasted veggie pie and our server was wonderful and very attentive. If you're a vegan, I'd highly recommend it for their vegan options for many of their pizzas. ���
Our pizza was never delivered and they didn’t even call us to let us know it wasn’t coming... waited almost 3 hours...
Amazing food and more amazing staff... a must go to if you visit Manchester!!
