RecommendedAlmost forgot how great Portland Pie was. Good food, good beer, and good atmosphere!
I ordered a meatball calzone and it had maybe 1 whole meatball mushed up in it and a bunch of raw tomato slices and a load of red sauce. Absolute disaster. The 9$ salad I ordered was also missing pretty much everything but some old lettuce. Very disappointing.
Josh is a fantastic example of customer service. He rectified a very small issue with a huge gesture of kindness and consideration and in absolute record time. I’ve never seen anything like it. Thank you Josh!
Fresh and tasty pizza! Love it!
This was our first time at Portland Pie co. A friend referred us for the gluten free option. Which was delicious. After setting my empty soda glass on the edge of my table I expected our waitress to grab it to refill when she walked by about 4 or 5 times. We even moved it to the other side when she walked by once to make sure it was more visible. That did not work either. We had to stop her to ask her if we could get a refill drink. It was not busy. 1 over cooked pizza and 1 under cooked pizza.... will stick to our regular Maine location.
The service started out great and the food was great, but we ordered dessert and waited over thirty minutes and the chocolate cookie pie was burned. Plus the bill was wrong and forgot to comp their what they said. Will not return
not prepared for labor day lunch only 1 server on. however as usual food was amazing
I was not impressed with the service, and I had found a piece of hair in my pizza 😖😖
