I took my three dogs here to get groomed (each dog had been before). I came to pick them up and left a nice tip. I later noticed that all of my dog's haircuts were choppy. I called the shop and was told that the dogs wouldn't stay still, which no one mentioned during pickup. When I called to informed them, I was told to bring the dogs back to get the haircuts fixed.
