I didn't use their service, but I called and spoke with Ariel and he answered the questions and concerns I had about a wasp nest in my attic. I really appreciate his service and willingness to answer questions even though I don't live in Portland. 12-14-22 Update: The wasp nest wasn't dying out so I called and spoke with Ariel and he very patiently answered my questions once again even though I live in the Seattle area.
