The most incompetent Admin team I've ever dealt with. I've also been through three providers here because they keep leaving. Dealing with Portland Mental Health has been nothing but a frustrating experience between actually keeping a provider and getting appointments denied for inaccurate reasons because they're not up to date on insurance policies, and encourage those in need to seek care elsewhere. was kicked out for no reason, without a warning from medication management program from reporting symptoms of a new diagnosis. Scam. Stay away.
My provider, KT Kusmaul, has helped me tremendously, and provides a safe space for me to open up about my experiences and difficulties to better guide my treatment plan.
