Kind of pricey for take out but the food is fresh and delicious. But almost 50.00 for 2 take out meals is hard to swallow. Pun intended
First time being in Portland Maine, Portland Lobster Company was amazing! The food was awesome and the atmosphere was perfect! Sat out back on patio and listened to the awesome band playing!

Best food around great place to visit and eat
Food is overpriced, and their staff like to kick you out pretty quickly after eating. Which would be fine if you aren't spending over a hundred dollars for a group tab of food and beer.
As i am sitting here while the rest of our party finishes i want to say I am sorry but it was really a bad meal. The fried clams were cold and raw. The clam cake terrible with no seasoning. My 2 lb lobster was under weight and tail was mush. Steamers were just ok and really dirty. The corn was rubbery and cold, but the coleslaw was good. Totally will not eat here again...
This is a great place to eat! I highly recommend this as a must when in Portland, we all had a great meal and a great time! Thank you to the staff
