John was wonderful. Although they were inundated with calls the morning I called, he made time for me. Jordan, the technician, was able to diagnose the problem with my AC and replace a little part which had worn out that same day. I highly recommend working with Portland Heating and AC. They stand behind their products, are friendly, pleasant, and can resolve any issues quickly.
