After not being able to reach Portland Gutter Services went to Thumbtack and accepted a bid from a horrendous company who bid on the job not knowing what it was and then after 2-3 weeks said they couldnt do it although the job was titled "Gutter Repair". Fortunately Portland Gutter Services called me back and I arranged for them to do the job and they did a beautiful job - they knew exactly what needed to be done and did it in a timely and efficient manner.
