I had such a great experience!! Jason at the call center was so helpful getting us in same day after my car was broken into the night before. He was so friendly and helpful!! Once we got there the women that worked up front were so kind and it was nice to chat with them, they recommended a restaurant while we waited and it was phenomenal! I would highly recommend going here if you have any broken windows.
Had the windshield broken on my work van late Wednesday afternoon, and they had it replaced and ready to pick up Thursday morning.
Great experience getting a windshield replaced with Portland Glass of Woburn. After being ghosted by another company Portland Glass was extremely responsive and friendly. They returned calls quickly and communicated the process along the way. A technician was able to be scheduled quickly and conveniently at my home. What a GREAT EXPERIENCE from start to finish. We called the Woburn store and spoke to Dawn(awesome) and she got everything set up for service.
