THERE IS NO PGE LOCATION WHERE YOU CAN PAY IN PERSON! THIS IS ACCORDING TO THEIR OWN WEBSITE! Looks like the cowards are too afraid of being face to face with the general public who they rip off. To top it all off, they're sending EMAILS USING A.I. GENERATED CONTENT--- A.I. IS PARTLY WHAT IS STRAINING THE GRID AND JACKING UP PRICES FOR CUSTOMERS! PICTURE ATTACHED. How do I know it's A.I.? As the email loaded, the picture filename was THE PROMPTS USED FOR THE A.I.!

Zero stars or negative stars if that were possible. If you are on the fence about moving to Portland, you should factor in that PGE is your only option for electric unless you can go completely off the grid. Even with solar I’m still stuck to them. There is no escape except to leave Portland (or never move here) and the annoying monopoly PGE has on this city.

These prices are insane. My last bill made me ill. Now, with turning heat off, cutting down our hot water use by 50%, and unplugging all devices, our bill is still estimated 160 next month. I’m freezing in the dark for 160$?!?

I clearly set up PGE auto pay in October and I tried logging into the account via the app and the website and it shut Donna down. Obviously PGE has a bad reputation.
