Got the right fireplace I needed & it works great, I had awsome expirence... 5 stars
There's a lot of room for improvement in their customer service skills. They do not call people back when they say they will . The first two times, I called them back to get updates , and allowed them to make their excuses and reasons. The third time was a strike , and I cancelled my entire transaction, and am going thru someone else who respects my time and business. And as an added bonus, it's costing me 1000.00 less , for the exact same unit with installation, they don't need a crane to remove the existing liner, and is a... read more
