I had a new roof installed and I definitely couldn’t look at a new roof and a chimney that was falling apart. I called PFC and Mike came right out and let me know my options. Great service! We had our chimney repaired to prepare for a gas insert. Great work by Nate with help from Ryan and Kenny. Nate was very knowledgeable and helped answer all of our questions. He also put in the extra hours to make sure the project done within the week which we really appreciated. Also enjoyed working with Mike (bidder) to help get a contract/cost that worked for what we needed.
It was about time to get our chimney and fireplace serviced again and I reached out to Portland Fireplace and Chimney. Scheduling was a breeze and the customer service was on top of getting an appointment on the books and explaining the process. Mike came out to perform the inspection and sweep. He is extremely professional as well as knowledgeable.
