I had my fireplaces inspected and serviced by Portland Fireplace and Chimney. Mike was exceptional - very knowledgeable, honest and helpful in every way. I look forward to having him back when we get our next inspection. We will also be having our chimney cap replaced as it was old and needs an update. Highest possible recommendation.
Wonderful experience putting in a fireplace insert and repairing significant exterior damage to our chimney. Siraj, Joey, Duck, Mike and Desirae were all wonderful and easy to work with around my work schedule!
Great work by AJ, Joey and Mike! They came out to work on our chimney quickly and gave us a fair bid. Communication was great throughout.
I called to get a gas insert repaired, I received a name of someone they recommend for this. I didn't hear back from them so called Portland Fireplace again. Neddy reached out to the other company for me and I did receive a call back. Now that is what I call customer service! Neddy did more than was required and I am so thankful that my fireplace is fixed!
Excellent experience. We recently bought our home and inspecting the fireplace was something we just wanted to do. Portland Fireplace and Chimney came to help us. They were on-time, all the relevant information about our fire place was relayed, and we feel great about the unit. The tech was amazing and walked us through everything and answered all our questions. I would HIGHLY recommend Portland Fireplace and Chimney for any needs you have!
