I have been a patient here for almost 5 years and am very impressed with both Leah Grotton, OD and Alexandria Grotton, OD. They have both provided excellent care. The office staff are all wonderful as well… professional, caring and friendly. I highly recommend this practice.
First time having an eye exam here, everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful and informative. I had a specific issue that was addressed quickly and completely. Highly recommend!
I urgently needed an eye exam and contacts. Portland Eye Care was one of the few offices that said they took my insurance and could get me in. They scheduled me almost two months out, already unacceptable, then called back to say they do NOT accept my insurance. I decided to go elsewhere. 5½ months later (4 months after the “missed” appointment,) I received a $40 no-show bill in the mail with a threat to send me to collections.
