I wouldn’t trust my eye care anywhere else! They take the time to do a thorough eye exam and answer any questions. I have been seen by both Dr Alex and Dr Leah. I have had nothing excellent experiences with either. Pretesting with Angela, is always quick and with a friendly greeting. The Scheduling and billing team has always been very helpful. I have been a patient of this office for years and I always appreciate the great service.
Every time I go, Portland Eyecare raises the bar on excellence in healthcare. Both Doctors Grotton are superb, caring, and warm. The reception staff is professional, proactive, and friendly. And Angela, their ophthalmic assistant, is probably - without hyperbole - the best medical support staff professional I have encountered in my life.
Great appointment and check up. Dr. Alex always great and the staff is wonderful . Appointments always on time and questions and concerns answered . Highly recommend Portland eyecare our entire family feels the same .
