I called on Monday because I had a cracked tooth and could only eat with the other side of my mouth. The receptionist was very nice and got me in on Thursday that same week. So I went down on Thursday, nice and excited to get it fixed. They had me there for an hour, took an x-ray, a dentist jabbed around in my mouth asking "Does this hurt?" over and over, and then gave me two floss sticks and sent me on my way. Oh, a filling? They say over the phone that I was going to get filling one I come in and they just xray my mouth and confirm what t already know they schedule your appointments way out in the future so your teeth get worse. They do a good job with making. It painless
Nice enough but months and months to get in only to be told that your first cleaning is scheduled out months after that they have also called and pushed back said cleaning three times in a row now ! months and months out. I’m probably not going back because what was now a mild issue has now become far worse. In addition, I will echo a recent Review likening the hallways to a haunted Broken down building 😂
The dentists that have done my cleanings and fillings were all kind and great at fulfilling their tasks, but as many have already spoken on, this office is far too overwhelmed with patients and folks often have to deal with waiting 3 or more months for their earliest availability. I had a mild, superficial cavity transform into a severely decaying tooth in dire need of a root canal over the span of over 6 months because they cancelled appointments on me last minute 2-3 times in a row. very sad to leave this review as the lady who cleaned my teeth was incredibly outgoing, but last time i went in they BROKE my wire retainer during cleaning. they told me they couldn’t fix it but referred me to an orthodontist. i had to call off work to go to the orthodontist immediately after, who quoted me thousands to fix it 🤦♀️ i was told by the dental hygienist that retainer glue gets old and breaks down over years, but it still seemed avoidable if they were a little more gentle and took their time. in any case, i am s... read more
