I personally highly recommend this dentistry. Front desk is always nice, professional and work with what they got open. Hygienist is awesome, super helpful and knowledgeable. Doctors have saved some of my teeth from needing to be removed. I think they’re all doing their best to help you have better dental health.
I should have looked at the reviews before making appointments. To preface, I have severe anxiety at the dentist due to past trauma. After being rescheduled months out I went in for a filling. The dentist in charge, an older man maybe in his 70s, was extremely rude and impatient. At the start, he did not numb me enough. When I told him this he didn't believe me and chose instead to talk over me at the poor dental assistant that was just trying to do her job. I started coming here because I have a lot of work that needs to be done and have been going here for the last year and a half and I have been treated by the dentist ONE time after cancellations and it was a ten minute filling. Just one. I have now lost teeth I was trying to save waiting for them to have an appt and then when I get one they do almost no work. Very disappointed in my experience here. Went to them for a cleaning and check-up over a month ago and needed two prescriptions. One, the cleaning was sub-par - no polishing, not a thorough cleaning, was jabbed in the gums repeatedly. Two, they failed to send the prescriptions to my pharmacy for two days, so I called PDS back and spoke with the receptionist. I requested the prescriptions again.
