These people are incredibly robotic and inflexible despite the fact that their program was designed for people with Borderline Personality Disorder. I waited months to get into their 16 week IOP program and did weekly groups and weekly individual therapy for 8 months before I was able to begin their Intensive Outpatient Program. Extremely out of touch with the modern mental health practices, predatory for money and doesn't actually care about patients. Waited a year to get in. They failed to let me know correct costs and be responsive right after I started. The therapist should not be one "treating" people. I wanted to confirm the suspected diagnosis my previous therapist suggested to confirm I was in the right treatment by coming here.
