We had the pleasure of working with Helen and her team in the sale of our home. We worked with Wendy and her family to sell our old home and purchase a new one. It's frankly unbelievable that they charge less than other agencies! From the start, our communications were stellar, photos (Lyle) professional and service prompt. I would definitely recommend them, especially for inexperienced home buyers or sellers, because Wendy will pay attention to every detail. And on a side note-- they are friendly & fun people :)
We worked with Wendy on a flat-fee basis to sell our home in an FSBO manner. She was a great resource through the entire process, easy to communicate and work with, and open to thinking outside the box which was exactly what we were looking for.
