We worked with Wendy to purchase our first home in Southwest Portland, and are so happy we did! We love the place she found for us, and she made the process as easy as possible. She coordinated every aspect of the inspection so quickly, and even helped us find contractors for the small projects we wanted to do after closing. She knows Portland extremely well. If we could we would rate them 10 stars. Portland Creative Realty was great to work with. We had two houses that needed to be sold. One sold in May and the other sold in October 2025. One house had a turn around of seven days and the other less than a month. They did fantastic work in recommendations, excellent pictures inside and out of the houses, handling all the advertising and showings, bids, lining up the paper work for us to sign, and getting us lined up with the title company. Wendy & team are professional and keep their word so definitely earned our trust. When challenges arose, Wendy jumped in and saved the day. If you need a competent, hard working and honest realtor, she fits the bill.
Wendy did a wonderful job selling our Lake Oswego home. She has a very professional demeanor and all of her referrals to providers were excellent. The entire process was efficient and her communication with us was timely and accurate.
