Very pleased with the service 😀
They took in two Ricoh copy/printers for repairs. Great price. Fast service. Friendly staff. Out in SE Stark off 112th, but worth the drive. Very pleased with their service.
called at 8:15am on a Monday Scott came out at 12:30. Fixed my issue. Gave me a little maintenance lesson. Was very personable. Helpful. Great guy. And it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. THANK YOU!
Our repairman was Scott. He did an excellent job without disrupting the office. Very quick and gave us some great tips to keep our machine running smoothly.
