Had the Italian Beef with hot peppers. As always it was very good! Packed at 1 pm but they have a great system, in and out in 20 minutes. Dined in.

First time to Portillo's and was highly disappointed. The layout was confusing. Couldn't see the menu from the line. Plus, they DO NOT offer KIDS MEALS=wasted food/$$
