Ahhh I love it here! I get a chili dog, and it's hands down the best. The French fries are wonderfully crisp and soft. The shakes are thick but delicious.

I love Portillo's! I've been there twice and can't wait to go back. Too bad I'm an hour away or I would eat here more. Great food, good service, decent prices.
The only downside to Portillo's I've found so far is their milkshakes are a bit thick so if you're on the go, you have to wait a bit to enjoy one. Once it is ready to go through the straw, very tasty.
